Anxiously Waiting!
So at the urging of my loving sister Meg, Andi and I have decided to start a little blog to keep friends and family up to date with pictures and stories as we embark on our new adventure... It is currently the day before our due date, we are ready to go... All the nursery needs is an occupant! It's funny, I think that God made it so pregnancies were 9 months long because that is about exactly how long you need to really prepare yourself. If you would have asked us a month ago if we were ready I think we both would have said yes, however, there would have been a significant amount of anxiety that went along with that answer. It is safe to say that we are now fully ready. Are we a little nervous? Sure. But we are ready and absolutely can't wait to welcome another member into our amazing family. We are blessed, we both have had amazing examples of parenting from our parents and most recently I have been able to watch my sister parent her two awesome kids, Madelyn (2) and Collin (4). Even if you didn't know, we've been taking mental notes all along, sis. So here are some pics of the nursery, it will be a much more exciting place within the next few weeks! We will have many sturdy pillars to lean on during this exciting time and the comfort in knowing that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me." (Phil 4:13) Let the fun begin!
